Jennifer Muniz is a tech executive living in Austin, TX. She has spent the past 28 years leading customer experience teams at Apple and currently serves as Director of Wallet Operations. Jennifer earned her B.A. in English and Journalism from the University of Mary Washington and her M.B.A. from St. Edward’s University. A lifelong lover of theatre and storytelling, she is passionate about supporting the arts and the Austin creative community and is a longtime supporter of Zach Theatre and Texas Performing Arts. For the past eight years, she has been deeply involved in supporting her older son’s acting career and exploring the industry. Jennifer lives on Lake Travis with her husband and their teen sons and enjoys cheering on her younger son’s football team, hiking, attending comedy and musicals, and traveling.
